Job: Tech Support

Working closely with our systems administrators and tech runners, you'll be part of a fun, busy team with plenty of opportunities to learn more about this exciting industry and the technology behind it.
You'll be working with cutting edge technology on blockbuster movies as part of one of the world's leading VFX companies, with offices in London, Vancouver and Singapore.
The ideal candidate will be smart, energetic, keen to learn and motivated by providing great support  to our teams of artists and developers.

The job
You'll be part of a team of 25, providing support to 1000 employees in our central London office, and will work with the tech teams in our other international offices.  No day is the same in Tech – you could be providing Windows support to our accounting department one day and helping an artist diagnose problems with their renders the next!

Skill requirements
In-depth knowledge of at least one OS – Unix(CentOS), Windows or OS X

Familiar with debugging common hardware and software issues

Excellent communication skills over phone, email or in person

Advantageous skills
Knowledge of VFX applications eg Maya/Nuke an advantage

Knowledge of VFX pipelines a plus

Customer support/service experience a big plus

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, VFX or related area.
