Configure Played Entity when Clicking on Sequence/Shot Thumbnail

Similar to "Configure What Version Plays When Clicking an Entity Thumbnail" which ended up turning into the query thumbnails, we'd like the ability to explicitly set which thumbnail a sequence or shot thumbnail will play when query thumbnails are not enabled.
