Send users their login data

While adding a new user it is nice to send them their login data by email after creation of the account. This could be  optional. The same goes for existing users; it is nice if a user can retrieve her login data after loosing it and to have a function for admins to re-send the login data to one or more users.

This probably also requires an extra security question for users to retrieve their own data.
