about SG Desktop APP

Hi Ryan,

It's been several weeks past, I'm wondering if SG Desktop APP are available to use. I'm pretty expecting to try the new functions!

    Hello Eri!

    We are currently running a pilot program where we are slowly releasing the desktop app to a smaller group of clients. This way we can ensure that we have enough time to address issues that come up, give feedback etc. If you are interested in taking part of this pilot program, please drop us a line on toolkitsupport@shotgunsoftware.com !

    Hi,
    I just sent email to toolkitsupport@shotgunsoftware.com <mailto:toolkitsupport@shotgunsoftware.com> and it replies me to click the link which leads to me tank’s website. But I need a password to login, which I don’t have one. Please let me know if I follow the right steps to join in SG Desktop App. Thank you.

    Hi Eri 

    We got your support ticket and I'll re-set your password for Zendesk so you can access this ticket however I did send you an email yesterday (to your Dragon Dreams email address) with all of the information you need to get started with the SG Desktop app. I'll email the same information over to your gmail account or is there another email address I should be using?
