It would be great to be able to configure the cards that make up the list on the left side of the Inbox page, so that other info showed up there. Note Status is a field that has been requested specifically - please let us know what other info would be useful in the comments, and click on "Me Too!" to add your support for this feature.
UPDATE: Expanding this request to include My Tasks and Detail View, as the same use cases apply. Other useful fields would be Project, Type, Department. Please add more examples of what fields would be useful in the comments. Also let us know how many fields you'd need here - if we had spaces for two additional info fields, would that be enough? Wouldn't want to make it infinitely expandable obviously, but how many fields is enough?
