Shotgun Desktop, not working



I have been using the shotgun desktop app for months, and it has been working fine. We use this app to file link asset version files to our network. Just the other day though it stopped working, in the sense that when we go to browse for the file, it says that this is not available on my browser. My troubleshooting so far;

-Reload page
-Double check it is running, then reload page
-Full restart
-Full reinstall

I am not sure where to go from here. Nothing has changed that I know of on my computer, or my browser. And our IT guy has no clue. Just wondering if anyone had any ideas on how I can get this resolved. 

I use Windows 10 Pro, and google chrome. My company is Pure Imagination Studios. 

Let me know if there is any other info I can provide to help get this resolved.

    Hi Jonathan,

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble! Did you recently update Google Chrome? We discovered a bug with the new Chrome release that conflicted with our self signed certs in Desktop.
