Tickets - Have a personnal note space


As a fare team of R&D and IT within the company, we use a lot you ticket system. Coming from everybody at work that needs something or have a bug and also for us as tasks to do and remember. 

We would really appreciate to have a section where the developers can write their own notes like the steps that had to go through and so on but when they do so it sends an automatic email to the requester and sometimes other people that doesn't need to be involved and they question those notes... If there was a section that could be hidden or personal to the person working on the ticket or just seen by the dept it would be fantastic to us!
