This Producer series focuses on empowering Producers and keeping them engaged with real-life scenarios rather than just outlining the basics. These videos are parsed by topic and aimed to educate Producers through project creation to full-on project tracking—with an advanced scheduling and tracking emphasis. Whether Producers are starting Shotgun for the first time, or have been using it for some time, these videos can help transform Producers into Shotgun power users. Even though these scenarios can be handled in many different ways, best practices are demonstrated throughout.
We plan to iterate existing content and cover new topics over time, so be sure subscribe to Shotgun Software via the youtube playlist to be notified when new content is available. While these first round of releases focuses on topics surrounding Creation and Tracking, future topics will include training around Reporting, Advanced Collaboration, and Project Completion.
