[Resolved] Hosted Site Slowness

Update:

As of 19:00 UTC site speeds have returned to normal. We are still investigating the root of the cause but regular performance has been restored.

We noticed an unusual amount of queries on one of our servers during the time of the performance impact. In an effort to resolve this, we’ve made some optimizations regarding these queries and pushed them out to the server affected. We’re continuing to keep an eye on this, though we believe this optimization will promote resilience in this situation.

Original Post:

We are currently experiencing slower than usual page loads on some hosted sites.  We are investigating the cause of these issues and will update the this post as soon as we have more information.

    Hi Darren,

    Our engineering team is still investigating the source of the slowdown at this time. Once the root of the problem has been identified we should be able to update with an ETA.

    We experienced a few server errors since Wednesday. Is it the same problem happening again on a smaller scale?

    Most of our artists experienced at least one error in the past 3 days, while doing tasks ranging from updating shot information, loading their tasks, publishing their work, etc.
