[Resolved] Screening Room Transcoding Delay

This morning, we were alerted to a delay in media passing through the transcoding server - which generated playable media for Screening Room.  We've identified and resolved an issue with the service.  As a result, there's a bit of a backlog that is clearing out now.  Please be aware that this may continue to result in minor delays in seeing transcoded media appear on your site as the queue catches up.  Should you have any media that hasn't run that you've submitted in the past day, please contact support@shotgunsoftware.com and we can reprocess that media.
